The most common items and needs we collect
- Non-perishable items such as dry food, canned food, hygiene products and children’s accessories are the most suitable for collection.
- Good donations include toys and school supplies that can make everyday life easier for families.
- Do not collect perishable items, such as fresh produce, as they cannot be redistributed.
How to identify current needs and guide donors?
- Ask the collection coordinator before the collection what items are most needed at the moment. Recommend donating these to store customers.
- Provide clear instructions to donors on the spot, including which items will be accepted.
